Hey, I’m Keri.

Brand and website design for hospitality, wellness, and service-based businesses focused on clarity, consistency, and a polished visual presence.

What I Help With:

  • Brand Identity

  • Website Design

  • Marketing Materials

How I work

I keep things clear, structured, and collaborative from the start.

Every project begins with understanding your business, your goals, and how you want to show up. From there, I turn that into a visual direction that feels cohesive, polished, and aligned.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. I will guide the process and help shape your ideas into something that feels intentional and easy to use.

A Thoughtful, Structured Process

I follow a simple, step-by-step process so nothing feels rushed or unclear.

You will see concepts, share feedback, and we will refine together until everything feels right without overcomplicating it.

FAQ

White bookshelf with books, a green potted plant, a white desk lamp, and a clock on the wall.
  • We start with a quick, relaxed call to talk through your business, your goals, and what you’re looking for. From there, I’ll outline a clear direction and next steps so you know exactly what to expect.

  • You don't need to have everything figured out; that's part of what the process is for. But it helps to come with a general sense of your audience, a few brands or visuals you're drawn to, and an idea of where you want the business to go. The more context you can share about what you do and who you serve, the more intentional the design can be."

  • The projects I do best with are businesses that have a clear sense of who they are, but haven't yet found a visual language to match it. You don't need to know exactly what you want, but you should know what you stand for. I work especially well with wellness, hospitality, and boutique service brands where the feeling of the brand matters as much as the function.

  • Most projects start 3–5 weeks after our initial conversation. If you have a launch date or deadline in mind, reach out earlier than you think you need to. Fitting a project in last-minute usually means rushing the parts that matter most.

  • Each project is focused on delivering a cohesive, intentional design system, not a never-ending list of revisions. The process includes dedicated rounds of feedback so there's always room to refine, but it works best when we're collaborating toward a clear direction. Things like copywriting, stock photography, and printing are outside the scope of most packages but can be discussed if needed.
